On July 12 and July 22, Zhongshan Grand Orient Wax Figure Art Ltd hosted the “2024 Chinese Traditional Culture Camp” from Zhongshan Vocational College.

First Stop

Explore China Wax Enterprise

In order to better transfer the knowledge and guarantee the study experience, the study group of about 80 people was divided into three teams, each team was led by two interpreters.

The first stop of the students' study was located in the exhibition hall, where the lecturer introduced the origin, history and culture of Zhongshan Grand Orient Wax Figure Art Ltd

The creation of wax figure art is an extremely responsible thing, behind each lifelike wax figure is full of the craftsmanship of the wax figure production craftsmen.

Traveling through time and space and distance, the wax figures are face-to-face with celebrities in politics, entertainment, business and sports, and are works of art with “temperature”

Strolling in the corridor displaying the finished wax figures, students can closely observe the body shape, demeanor, and even the texture of the skin of the figures in the wax works, and learn about the fineness and hyper-realism of wax art.

Harvest and Legacy

In order to make the walking classroom more knowledgeable and profound, a study session was specially arranged at the end of the study tour, where more than 80 students gathered together to be introduced to the origins of the wax figures, the production process, and the outstanding works by the founder of Zhongshan Grand Orient Wax Figure Art Ltd, Ms. Zhou Xuerong, and the lecturer.
