The expression of art never ends, this time Mr. Wu Ningya came to one of the earliest organizations engaged in the creation of wax art in China, Zhongshan Grand Orient Wax Art Ltd.

Zhongshan Grand Orient Wax Art Co., Ltd. was founded in 1999 by Ms. Zhou Xuerong, a master of wax craftsmanship. It is the first wax agency in China authorized to produce wax figures of many celebrities and stars, including Yuan Longping, Yang Liwei, Lang Lang, Zhang Jizhong and nearly 100 other outstanding representatives in various fields in China and the world.
It owns the Chinese national brand Curtain Up Wax Museum, and has opened wax museums with different themes in Guangzhou, Xiamen, Lijiang, Changsha, Dalian, Lhasa, Jinan, Malaysia and many other places around the world.

After sharing the company's history, Ms. Zhou Xuerong accompanied Mr. Wu Ningya to visit the wax works. On the way of the visit, Mr. Wu Ningya appreciated each wax work meticulously. Especially when he saw the wax works “Leng Jun” and “In-laws” of the DNA series, he was very impressed by the realistic effect of the wax works.

Fascinated by the art of wax statues, Mr. Wu Ning Ya also humorously said, “Maybe I should also customize a wax statue for myself.”

Afterwards, Ms. Zhou Xuerong took Ms. Wu Ningya and her group into the scene of the wax sculpture process session. Mr. Wu Ningya observed the creation process of the sculpture, from the initial molding of the clay to the details of the careful carving, each step reflects the rigor and craftsmanship of the sculpture.
In the application of sculpture technology and materials, Mr. Wu Ningya and Mr. Zhou Xuerong, two masters of art, had a deep dialogue and exchanged views, sharing their own creative insights and perceptions in their own fields.

Ms. Zhou Xuerong shared that the application of sculpture in the field of wax art is more about restoring the “reality” of the original, and the sculptor needs to make thousands of detailed drawings on the clay drafts to make sure that every detail is lifelike.
